Some familiar names are participating. Kim Kärnfalk and Nina Inhammar were the leadsingers of the group Friends for Sweden in 2001. Baccara participated for Luxembourg in the 1978 contest, although only one singer of that duo is part of this group. Fame (Magnus Bäcklund and Jessica Andersson) sang for Sweden in 2003, and Gladys del Pilar is one third of Afro-Dite, the Swedish Eurovision participants in 2002. Glenn is really Glenn Borgkvist, lead singer in Brandsta City Släckers, who made a huge success in the 2002 and 2003 Swedish final and were thus banned for 2004.
