Poland at Eurovision 2018
Poland was there at the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Lisbon, thus marking their 21st Eurovision participation in the contest. The country of Central Europe picked its Eurovision representative through a national final event, called Krajowe Eliminacje.
Out of a total of 10 participating entries, the show’s winners were Gromee feat. Lukas Meijer with their electro-pop song Light me up. Unfortunately, they didn’t make it to the Grand Final, as they came 14th in the second semi-final. This was Poland’s first elimination in the semi-finals, following 4 consecutive presences in the Grand Final, since 2014.
