LTV has selected Latvia Tours as official partner to provide lodging, travel and recreation for Eurovision delegations and other guests. The travel company was selected through a closed vote: six commission members voted for, two were against and one abstained.

LTV had to choose between Via Riga and Latvia Tours.

The major responsibilities of the partner willl be lodging the guests, official delegates and reporters, carrying out registration of participants, on-line reservation of rooms, organize transportation services, providing assistance in organizing travel to Latvia during the contest, take care of issuing Latvia's entry visas and providing official delegations with tourism services and information.
