Pastora Soler the 2012 Spanish Eurovision representative will be joining forces with the 2009 Croatian Eurovision representative Doris Dragovic for Ljubav, to si ti  a special humanitarian campaign launched by the Udruga Promo Vita Association . The 2 former Eurovision singers will be performing together in a series of special humanitarian concerts in Croatia along with David Elliot and Ivo Gamulin Gianni.

The special humanitarian  concerts will be held in Split on 14 December, in Zagreb on 16 December and in Osijeck on 20 December. Pastora is currently in Croatia preparing for these humanitarian charitable concerts. The money raised will be donated to create a centre for  mentally disabled children.
