Clouseau, the Belgian representative at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1991, keeps breaking records. Yesterday they launched their new series of concerts in the Sports Palace in Antwerp. Until 6th January the band, consisting of the brothers Koen and Kris Wauters, will fill the Sports Palace 16 times, good for 215.000 visitors!

It's the third consecutive year that Clouseau ends the year with a series of concerts in the Antwerp Sports Palace and the success is growing bigger every year. Clouseau made their big break-through in 1989, when they participated in Eurosong 1989, the Flemish selections for the Belgian Eurovision Song Contest entry. With Anne Clouseau finished second, after Ingeborg's Door de wind. The following years the popularity of Clouseau in Flanders and the Netherlands had become that big that Flemish broadcaster BRTN (now VRT) decided to send them to the 1991 Eurovision Song Contest in Rome where they performed the song Geef het op.

This year's series of concerts Clouseau – Vanbinnen is named after their latest album which has been occupying the first place in the Flemish album charts for several weeks.
