The Israeli DJ Chezy Shayer, who has been the DJ of the official delegation's club during Eurovision week in recent years (better known as the Euroclub), and the organizer of the Israeli Blue & White party in Riga last year, promises a bigger Israeli party this year- and you are all invited!

DJ Shayer's plan is to hold a contest, during the Israeli party in Istanbul, which will take place on the night before the semi-final, May 11th. 'Everyone who plans on arriving in Istanbul on the week before the Eurovision Song Contest, can compete in our own celebration', says Shayer to esctoday.com. The guests will be invited to chose one of Israel's past entries to the Eurovision Song Contest, or one from the national pre-selections over the years, and perform with it in the party. The most extravagant or professional performance will be awarded with a prize, contributed by the event's sponsors.

Anyone who wishes to participate in the party and contest, must send a VHS PAL taping of the performance to DJ Shayer, until April 1st, 2004. The best proposals will be invited to participate in the contest. For further information contact DJ Shayer at the address: [email protected]
