In tonight's German television show Herzlichen Glückwunsch – Die Michael Schanze Jubiläumsgala, a show in which showbusiness jubelees and birthdays are celebrated, three icons of the Eurovision Song Contest will be honoured: Lys Assia, Nicole and Ralph Siegel. The show will be broadcast tonight at 20:15 CET on ARD.

Nicole, who won the Eurovision Song Contest in 1982 with the song Ein bißchen Frieden, is celebrating 25 years of career this year. For the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Eurovision Song Contest, Nicole will perform her winning song once again tonight. Ein bißchen Frieden is one of the songs to participate in the special contest in the framework of the 50th anniversary show, Congratulations.

Also Lys Assia, the Swiss winner of the first Eurovision Song Contest in 1956, and Mr. Grand Prix, Ralph Siegel, will be honoured. The German composer participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 17 times. Beside Nicole's victory, three Ralph Siegel compositions finished second (Theater, Johnny Blue and Laß die Sonne in dein Herz). In tonight's Herzlichen Glückwunsch, Siegel's 60th birthday will be celebrated.

Herzlichen Glückwunsch takes place at the Silver Star Dome in the Europa Park. The spectators can expect a lot of music, interesting talks, archive images and much more in a show featuring the Thilo Wolf orchestra and the Europa Park ballet. The show will be aired on ARD, tonight as of 20:15 CET.
