Live

esctoday.com is facing with some problems with the webcast provided by TRM.

The hosts are now on stage explaining the rules of tonight's show. The jury members are introduced by the hosts.

-webcast problems-

Song 01 – Natan – Daca dragoste mai e

The first participant is now on stage. Natan performs aslow Romanianballad entitled Daca dragoste mai e which stands for 'If love is still here'. The stage background turned in shades of blue and white. Natan is wearing a casual outfit and is joined on stage by two dancers who are performing a special choreography.

Song 02 – Natalia Barbu – Let's jazz

Next on stage is the Moldovan 2007 representative Natalia Barbu. Tonight, she performs a pop jazz song reminding us of the recent repertoire of Patricia Kass. Although the vocal performance is at a very high level, this acts seems to be missing something.

Song 03 – Ion Krasnopolski band – Cu fanfara pana dimineata

-webcast problems-

Song 04 – Anisoara Balmus – You and I

Next on stage is Anisoara Balmus and she performs her song entitled You and I. This is a contemporany pop R'n'B act, very radio friendly but less Eurovision friendly. Anisoara is wearing a black and silver outfit which fits well this kind of routines.

-Commercial break-

Song 05 – Latishev Denis – It's my first dance with you

Next song is a retro-blues tune performed by Latishev Denis. The stage turns from shades of turqoise and white into orange and red. Denis is wearing a suit and is joined on stage by a group of backing vocalists and two female dancers. The vocal performance is average. Overall this is a mediocre song which seems to be written 30 years ago.

Song 06 – Pasha Parfeny- Dorule

Next on stage is one of the big favourites to win tonight's show. Pasha takes the stage and performs his up-tempo techno song which features some folkloric elements. He is joined on stage by a pair of dancers, one drummer and a guitar player. The vocal performance is at a decent level. Although this routine features many props, it's not helping the moment which seems a little bit chaotic.

Song 07 – Doinita Gherman – Viata

Doinita Gherman is a popular local performer. She takes the stage and sings her song Viata (Life). Doinita is joined by four dancers wearing traditional outfits. This act is reminding us of the 2009 Moldovan entry Hora din Moldova. "Viata" is an up-tempo pop-folk song.

Natalia and Lucian are now reporting from the green room.

-webcast problems-

Since there were webcast problems, we decided to cancel the live coverage of the show. Soon an article with the results will be online. The televoting procedure has just finished in Moldova.
