Last year she swept to the victory taking the prize from Andreas Johnsson and Bodies Without Organs. Tomorrow night she might give the award to the very same man a year later. �If I was asked I would consider it, I think it would be fun. I have already been sent songs� answered Carola to the question if she would participate again in Melodifestivalen. That could happen already in 2008 as a wildcard.

Carola confirms she might be after her fourth victory in Melodifestivalen already next year. “If I only get a really good song. It could be a ballad as well” she says. “It could as well be next year. I have been asked to be a wildcard before and ifI amasked again and the song is the right one I would say yes” she concludes.

Tonight she will give the award to the winner of Melodifestivalen 2007. She has won the Swedish selection already three times: in 1983 with Främling (3rd in Munich), in 1991 with Fångad av en stormvind (winner in Rome) and last year with Evighet/Invincible, that gained her 5th place in Athens. This winning song will not be sung by Carola tomorrow night though, but by Tomas Anderson Wij to open the show. He covered the song already before Athens final and has had a hit with it as well.
