Lise Darly (real name Elise Granier) has been selected to represent Monaco at the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest in Kiev. The 23 year-old Lise Darly will sing Tout de moi, a song composed by Phil Bosco.

Tout de moi (All of me) is a love song, an up-tempo song with a classical and symphonical sound. Especially for the Eurovision Song Contest the music for the song will be recorded in the auditorium of the Congress Palace of Monaco by the Philharmonic Orchestra of Monaco, conducted by Didier Favre.

Lise Darly, who'll perform Tout de moi in Kiev, has been selected out of more than 10 singers who had been invited to represent Monaco at the Eurovision Song Contest. The 23 year-old singer born in Nice on 27th December 1981 took part in last year's Monegasque casting show in which she finished second behind Märyon who was selected to represent Monaco in Istanbul. “We have doubted a lot in 2004 whether to choose her or Märyon,” explained Phil Bosco, Head of Delegation and composer of Notre planète and Tout de moi.

In 1999 Lise Darly won the Graine de Star Tour in Mandelieu, a contest in which she was one of more than 100 participants. In 2001 she decided to turn professional, joined a group and sang with Dave and Jane Manson for a year. In 2003 she started performing with the Grand Orchestra of Baie des Anges at shows, conferences and parties. Since then she has been travelling around to sing in France and other European countries.

Lise Darly will appear in the semifinal of the Eurovision Song Contest to be held on 19th May 2005 in Kiev, Ukraine.
