Just like many rumours, also this one appeared on the web, before it was spread over Europe in just a few hours. Today it appeared the rumour is false.
Members of he EuroNet Message board told Romania withdrew Wednesday, due to the “financial problems of their broadcaster”.
Today, Nathaly Schwarm-Bronson from the EBU said“they haven't heard anything about a Romanian withdrawl”. Therefore, the rumour can be assumed false.
