Martin Rolinski formerly of Alexander Bard’s Swedish electronica supergroup BWO (Bodies Without Organs) has released a new EP and follow up single to his 2013 Melodifestivalen solo entry In and out of love.
Martin Rolinski is a four time Melodifestivalen entrant with BWO. His best placing with the group was second place in 2006 with Temple of love. In 2013 Rolinski went solo with his Melodifestivalen entry In and out of love which was also composed by the winning writer of Loreen’s Euphoria, Thomas G’son. The song which marked his fifth appearance at the contest made the andra chansen round narrowly losing out to Robin Stjernberg’s You which went on to win the contest.
The former BWO frontman released a new single today called Golden Rays. The track is an eclectic electro guitar anthem not too far away from the BWO sound which sees Rolinski evolve the sound of his former solo efforts to put a stamp on his own solo material. The track is co-written by Martin Rolinski along with Johan Åsgärde, Mattias Frändå, and Oliver Lundström.
Along with the single Golden Rays also follows the release of his three track debut EP Golden Rays Both are released today and available on itunes now to purchase for download.
