Mongolian broadcaster MNC has officially announced that Beck will be their representative for the upcoming Eurovision Asia Song Contest in 2026. The exciting news was confirmed today, October 1, 2026, marking Mongolia’s debut in the continental competition.

The announcement confirms Mongolia’s participation in the highly anticipated Eurovision Asia Song Contest 2026, which will be held in Bangkok, Thailand, on November 14, 2026, at the One Bangkok Forum. Beck, a prominent artist with nearly two decades of experience across music, acting, presenting, modeling, and producing, has been chosen to fly the Mongolian flag at this inaugural edition.

While Beck has been selected as the artist, the specific song for Eurovision Asia 2026 is yet to be decided. Mongolian broadcaster MNC will host a special national selection show, dubbed ‘Mongolia’s Chosen One‘, on Saturday, October 10. During this event, Beck will perform five different songs, and both a national and international public vote will determine which entry will represent Mongolia on the grand stage in Bangkok.

About Beck

Eurovision’s press release reads:

An artist, performer and storyteller at heart, Beck has spent nearly two decades turning his passion into purpose. The well-rounded entertainer debuted in 2007 as a singer and has since made his mark in the fields of acting, hosting, modelling and producing. Beck seeks to approach every stage as an opportunity to inspire, entertain and create meaningful connections with his audience.

Through music, performance and creativity, Beck’s goal is always to leave a lasting impression — not only as an entertainer, but as someone who brings positivity, elegance and genuine energy to every moment.

The Eurovision Asia Song Contest is modelled after its European counterpart, featuring a 50/50 split between professional jury voting and public televoting to determine the winner. Fans across Asia and beyond are eagerly awaiting more information about Beck’s chosen song and the exciting new continental competition.
