Elitsa & Stoyan won Pesen Na Evrovizija 2007, the country’s national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest with the song Voda ( translated to Water for Eurovision), composed and penned by the artists themselves, was the first ever Bulgarian entry to be performed in Bulgarian. In Helsinki Bulgaria opened the semifinal and qualified to the final, the first and only time the country has made it to the grand final. Bulgaria performed 21st and finished in 5th place with a total of 157 points in the final.
