Israel: Imri Ziv to sing ‘I feel alive’; presentation on 9 March

Two weeks ago it was Imri Ziv who won the grand final of Rising Star for Eurovision 2017, and now it has been revealed that his song was chosen. The Israeli entry, entitled I feel alive, will be revealed on 9 March during a special broadcast on IBA Channel 1.

The song was written by Dolev Ram & Penn Hazut (Doli ‘n’ Penn) who are responsible for Israel’s biggest hits in the past year, writing for artists such as Eden Ben-Zaken, Agam Buchbut, Sarit Hadad (Israel 2002) and Noa Kirel.

The members of the committee who chose the Israel entry were: Dr. Moshe Morad, Aliza Dayan-Hamama and Yuval Ganor (IBA), Tmira Yardeni, Mira Spiegel and Tomer G (Teddy Productions) and Aviad Rosenboim (IPBC).

Israel will compete at the second semifinal of the Eurovision Song Contest 2017, on 11 May.
