RTVE, has set the date for the Benidorm Fest 2027 competing acts reveal.
Benidorm Fest will see its sixth edition take place in Benidorm next January. RTVE will be unveiling the Benidorm Fest 2027 competing acts of Wednesday 14th October at 17:00 CET at the RTVE Headquarters at Torrespaña in Madrid. A special press conference will be held in order to officially reveal the competing acts to the Spanish media.
It is yet unclear if the winner of Benidorm Fest 2027 will represent Spain at the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest in Bulgaria as RTVE has not decided yet if it will compete at Eurovision 2027. In 2026 Spain withdrew from the contest due to Israel’s participation.
RTVE’s Board of Directors are set to convene to determine Spain’s Eurovision participation at the ESC 2027. RTVE’s Director Jose Pablo Lopez will propose to RTVE’s Board of Directors for RTVE to continue its Eurovision boycott unless Israel is barred to compete in the competition.
