The first semifinal of the Belgian national selection for the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest will be aired live tonight on Belgian nationational broadcaster VRT. A total of 4 candidates will compete in the semi-final battling to qualify to the grand final of the 2014 Belgian Eurovision national selection- Eurosong 2014.
The Show
The Belgian national selection enters its last stages tonight. Four of the candidates who earned the right to go on to the Eurosong 2014 semi-finals will perform live from the Videohouse in Vilvoorde, Belgium. The show will be host by Peter Van de Veire and Eva Daeleman.
Unlike what we have seen so far in the castings and the Callback, during the show tonight the competing acts will sing the potential entries bidding to represent Belgium at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest. The audience and the experts Bart Peeters, Piet Goddaer, Jef Martens and the Ukrainian Eurovision winner Ruslana will be responsible to select the two entries that will qualify for the Eurosong 2014’s Grand Final, scheduled to be held in Antwerp on 16 March.
