Tonight, PBS, the Maltese national broadcaster, will air the final of the Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2014.

The show

14 artists that qualified from yesterday’s semi-final, will compete to represent Malta in Copenhagen. Hosting the show will be none other than previous Maltese representatives Gianluca and Ira Losco and local TV presenter Moira Delia. A panel of judges made up of five judges with the televoting representing the vote of a sixth judge will decide on the winner. In case of a tie, the jury votes takes advantage. Opening the show will be Junior Eurovision 2013 winner Gaia Cauchi with a special performance. Taking the stage for a second time will be Emmelie de Forest who will be premiering the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 official theme song Rainmaker. Tonight’s final will also feature Swiss representative Sebalter who will be performing his Eurovision entry Hunter of Stars, local comic duo Gorg u Pawlu performing Hot and Famous and Unique, and local band Winter Moods debuting their latest single Everlasting.
