Amandine Bourgeois, the 2013 French representative has announced on her official Twitter and Facebook pages that she will be performing her Eurovision entry L’enfer et moi on 24 March at the Chabada television show on France 3.
Amandine Bourgeois issued an announcement via Twitter and Facebook where she stated: Monday I was at the recording of Chabada to present the song L’enfer et moi that I will sing at the Eurovision. Broadcast will be on 24 March on France 3.
Amandine will represent France at the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest with the song L’enfer et moi, written by Boris Bergman and composed by David Salkin.
33-year-old Amandine enjoys fame at home in France; she shot to fame when she won the 6th edition of the musical television show Nouvelle Star. Amandine released her first album 20 m2 in 2009, selling 60,000 copies in France and more than 70,000 copies throughout Europe. In 2012 Amandine released her 2nd album Sans amour, mon amour.
France is one of the founder countries of the Eurovision Song Contest and debuted in the very first contest in 1956. The French have won the event 5 times.
