The International Eurovision Song Contest fan club OGAE (Organisation Générale des Amateurs de l’Eurovision) have voted their winner in the annual Second Chance video contest. The victory went to Spain this time, with Sweden and Norway on the third places.

The Second Chance contest was created in the 1980s, and the songs taking part are the ones members of OGAE think would have been better suited as their country’s Eurovision Song Contest entry than the one that actually went to the contest.

OGAE has over 30 national branches around Europe and one covering the rest of the world.
