Poland is celebrating a remarkable victory at the 22nd edition of Eurovision Young Musicians! The talented 18-year-old accordionist, Michał Stochel, has been crowned the winner of the prestigious competition, held in Yerevan, Armenia.

The highly anticipated Grand Final of Eurovision Young Musicians 2026 concluded with a sensational performance from Poland’s Michał Stochel. The 18-year-old accordion virtuoso captivated the jury and audience alike with his exceptional talent and musical prowess, ultimately securing the coveted first-place trophy.
The competition, which showcases some of Europe’s most promising classical music talents, saw young musicians from various countries gather in the vibrant city of Yerevan, Armenia. Michał’s victory marks a significant achievement for Poland in the renowned European Broadcasting Union (EBU) event. Michal gave Poland its 4th victory at the event.

The event was hosted by Hamlet Arakelyan and Hrachuhi Utmazyan hoste in the majestic Armenian capital city of Yerevan. 11 countries partook in the competition. Next year’s edition will be organized by the Latvian national broadcaster, LSM and will be held at Liepaja (Latvia).
