Day 6 of rehearsals are here at the Lisbon venue, in which artists will continue to enter the stage for either their first or second rehearsals for the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest. Starting with second rehearsals and moving on to the automatic finalists first rehearsals, today is set to be a busy day at the Altice Arena!
Today we move on to the sixth day of rehearsals at the Altice Arena, in which artists from a total of 15 countries will take to the stage for a mix of first and second rehearsals.
Finishing off the first semi-finalists second rehearsals, today we saw the first 5 artists of the second semi-final taking to the stage for their second rehearsals, now set to be joined by the acts from the ‘Big 5’ nations as well as Portugal for their first rehearsals of the competition.
Michael Schulte from Germany takes to the stage next this afternoon for his first rehearsal in Lisbon, with the artist ready to represent his country at Eurovision 2018 next Saturday with his emotional entry You let me walk alone.
Michael’s performance is touching from start to finish. The German representative wears a black jumper with jeans to suit, with a black and white theme with hints of red being present throughout the performance.

Towards the first part of the performance, images from Eurovision fans across the globe appear and are projected onstage which have a connection with the song.
Touching and tear-jerking lyrics also feature during the performance, key lyrics which encompass the message of the song as a whole, the lyrics of which have a deep and meaningful message to the singer himself.
It’s a beautiful performance from Germany at this year’s competition which is sure to relate with viewers across the continent and beyond.
