Tonight’s returning artists performed onstage once again in the fifth heat of Eurovizija 2018, hoping to advance to the next stage of the competition over the weeks to come.

This evening saw a total of 12 acts competing for a place in the future stage of the Lithuanian national selection, Eurovizija 2018, in search of earning the right to represent the country at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest.

All of tonight’s acts had previously competed in an earlier heat of the selection, returning to the Eurovizija stage once again in order to gain the votes of both the public and jury.

Heat 5 results are known

Whilst 12 artists performed in tonight’s show, only half could earn a spot in the future stage of the selection, with 6 acts being eliminated from tonight’s show.

The 6 qualifiers from the fifth show are as follows:

• Jurgis Brūzga – 4love
• Godo – Fire fountain
• Paula – 1 2 3
• Twosome – Hello
• Silvija Pankūnaitė & GeraiGerai – More than you know

This means that we say goodbye to Vidas Bareikis, Lukas Norkūnas, Milda Rasilavičiūtė, Juozas Martin, Benas Malakauskas and Germantė Kinderytė, who were eliminated from tonight’s competition.

Next week sees a further group of returning Eurovizija 2018 artists taking to the stage, with hopes of pushing their dreams in the competition with the eventual hope of representing Lithuania at Eurovision 2018.
