Denmark is all set to choose its 2018 Eurovision representative as Dansk Melodi Grand Prix, or DMGP, is ready to kick off.
The popular selection Dansk Melodi Grand Prix or DMGP in Denmark is gearing up for its 2018 edition. National broadcaster DR will present an exciting and vibrant show, taking place at venue Gigantium in the historic city of Aalborg.
2014 Eurovision winner Conchita Wurst will be performing during the show.

Hosted by Annette Heick and Johannes Nymark, DMGP 2018 will air live at 20:00 CET on the following:

10 artists and acts will compete in DMGP 2018:

- Rasmussen – Higher ground
- Sannie – Boys on girls
- Sandra – Angels to my battlefield
- Lasse Meling – Unfound
- CARLSEN – Standing up for love
- KARUI – Signals
- Rikke Ganer-Tolsøe – Holder fast i ingenting
- Albin Fredy – Music for the road
Determined by 50/50 professional jury vote and public televoting, the show will be divided into two rounds: in the first round, the top 3 artists will be revealed, while the second round is the Superfinal in which the eventual winner will be chosen from the remaining three acts.
In the end, we will know yet another Eurovision 2018 participant, welcoming the 2018 Danish representative!
Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2017 was won by Anja Nissen with her entry Where I am, eventually placing 20th with 77 points in the Grand Final of Eurovision 2017 in Kyiv, Ukraine:
