Another show, another 3 finalists decided! This evening saw the third Selecția Națională 2018 show taking place in Romania, in which a further set of qualifiers have been decided.

Romania’s Eurovision search pressed on this evening with the third semi-final of the country’s national selection for Lisbon, Selecția Națională 2018.

A further 12 participants took to the stage tonight, this time taking place in the city of Craiova, each of whom were performing for the votes of the jury and viewing public.

This evening’s participants performed in the following order:

3. Mareş Pană – Daydreamer
4. Ayona – The story goes on
5. Aurel Dincă – Fire in the sky
6. VYROS – La la la
7. Zavera – Come back to me
8. Elena Hasna – Revival
9. Diana Brătan – Paint it rainbow
10. Tavi Clonda – King
11. Erminio Sinni & Titziana Camelin – All the love away
12. XANDRA – Try

Next 3 finalists decided

As with the previous 2 semi-final shows, tonight’s results were determined via a combined 50% jury vote and 50% televote. The top 3 artists of semi-final 3 have advanced to the selection final on the 25 February.

Following a combined vote, the top 3 of tonight’s show were revealed by the hosting duo, Cezar Ouatu and Diana Dumitrescu, confirmed that VYROS, XANDRA and Erminio Sinni & Titziana Camelin received the highest number of points in tonight’s show, therefore becoming 3 of the 15 Selecția Națională 2018 finalists.

Selecția Națională 2018 continues next Sunday with the fourth semi-final of the selection. A further 12 acts will compete in the show, in which only 3 acts will earn their place in the final of the competition.
