After participating at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen, Ruth Lorenzo said she’d return to the competition in 2017. It seems now that the Spanish singer is eyeing a comeback to Europe’s favorite television show.

In 2014 Ruth Lorenzo won the Spanish Eurovision national final and won the golden ticket to Copenhagen with her entry Dancing in the rain. She achieved an honorable 10th place in the Grand Final.

In a recent radio interview on Spanish national radio Radio Nacional de España (RNE), Ruth Lorenzo dropped a hint stating that she is ready to return to the contest after the host of the show asked if she was planning a comeback to Eurovision. Ruth spoke about her new album, career, life and Eurovision during the interview. She went on to say that taking part in the Eurovision Song Contest has one of best experiences in her life. TVE is yet to confirm its participation at the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest in Kyiv and reveal the mechanism it will use to select the 2017 Spanish Eurovision act and entry.
