RTCG, the Montenegrin national broadcaster has confirmed to ESCToday that Montenegro will opt for an internal selection in order to select its 2015 Eurovision representative and entry for Vienna.

The Montenegrin broadcaster is expected to release more information and details regarding its 2015 Eurovision project in due course.

It has become tradition in Montenegro to select its Eurovision entry and act via an internal selection since 2012. Rambo Amadeus  (2012), Who See feat. Nina Zizic (2013) and Sergej Cetkovic (2014) were all selected internally.

Montenegro debuted at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2007 and is yet to win the event. The country qualified for the Eurovision final for the very first time in Copenhagen this year with Sergej Cetkovic.  Sergej Cetkovic was selected via an internal selection to represent Montenegro at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest with his entry Moj Svijet achieving a 19th place in the grand final.

The 2015 Eurovision Song Contest is scheduled to be held on 19, 21, 23 May at the Wiener Stadthalle, in Vienna
