Conchita Wurst is to headline at the Serena Pop and Rock Festival in Espoo, Finland this coming August.

Her appearance at the festival, which is in its inaugural year, will mark Conchita Wurst’s first performance in Finland. And as Finland was one of the 13 countries that rewarded the Austrian star 12 points at the Eurovision Song Contest earlier this year, she is sure to receive a warm welcome.

Joining Conchita on stage at the festival will be popular Finnish singers Jenni Vartianien, Juha Tapio, Anna Abreu and Sanni. Also set to perform are the rock bands K’s Choice from Belgium and Dogs from France.

This summer looks busy for Conchita. Not only will she be performing in Finland, but she has been confirmed for the Fête de la Musique in Montpellier, France, this coming 21 June.

The Serena Pop and Rock Festival will take place this coming 29-30 August. Tickets are priced from €37.50, and more information can be found here.
