Molly Smitten-Downes, who represented the United Kingdom at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest, has revealed that she will be performing at this year’s Glastonbury Festival.

Earlier this year during the United Kingdom’s Eurovision entry launch show, Molly Smitten-Downes revealed her ultimate dream was to perform at the Glastonbury Festival during her musical career. Shortly after being announced as the UK’s representative, Molly revealed that she has entered the Emerging Talent Competition (ETC) in connection with Glastonbury where she managed reached the long list.

Although Molly did not manage to qualify to the final of the ETC, Molly has instead been offered to perform at the festival through BBC Introducing – the same platform which offered Molly the chance to participate at this year’s Eurovision Song Contest.

Molly will perform on the Glastonbury stage on Friday 27 June at 18:30 CEST (17:30 BST) where she will perform a number of her songs. More details are expected to be revealed in due course. The full Glastonbury Festival line-up can be found on here on the official website.
