During and after Austria’s Eurovision win at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest, singer Conchita Wurst has received support from all around the world.

1970 Spanish representative Julio Iglesias also commented on Conchita’s Eurovision win.

She’s a great singer and a great girl, very sensitive, I’m really happy for her.

With a total of 290 points, Conchita Wurst won the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest for Austria last Saturday with her song Rise like a phoenix, winning the hearts of both the public and jury.
