Ruth Lorenzo, the 2014 Spanish Eurovision representative performed her Eurovision entry Dancing in the rain last night on TVE’s Mira Quien Baila (Spanish version of Strictly Come Dancing).

Ruth Lorenzo performed her Eurovision entry along  Giuseppe Di Bella with the very same choreography feautured in the 2014 Spanish Eurovision entry’s official videoclip. The Spanish representative was invited to attend TVE’s dancing show Mira Quien Baila where she mesmerised the audience with her Eurovision entry.

Ruth Lorenzo won the 2014 Spanish Eurovision national final last February with her entry Dancing in the rain, and won the goden ticket to represent Spain at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest.

Spain as one of the BIG 5 countries is automatically qualifed to compete in the Eurovision Song Contest grand final.  Therefore Spain will compete at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest grand final on 10 May in Copenhagen.

Spain debuted at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1961 and has won the event on 2 occasions in 1968 with Massiel and in 1969 on home soil with Salome.
