Carola, who represented Sweden three times in the Eurovision Song Contest,will perform in the 6th heat of Mision Eurovision, the Spanish national selection. Carola took part in the Eurovision Song Contest for the first time in Munich in 1983. With her song Främling she finished thirdand has also recorded an English and a German version of the song. In the 1990 Swedish national final she tried a comback but only finished 2nd with Mitt i ett äventyr. The year after, she won the Swedish selection – and the Eurovision Song Contest in Rome with Fångad av en stormvind. The song was a minor hit. In 2006 she returned to Melodifestivalen to finish 5th in the Eurovision Song Contest with Invincible.
