France 3 the French national broadcaster has announced that it will be releasing 30 second snippets of the 3 competing entries bidding to represent France at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest.  A special avant premiere of the French entries will be released on France 3’s official Eurovision website tomorrow at 09:45 CET and on French radio Europe 1.

Natasha St. Pier, the former Eurovision representative and host for the 2014 French Eurovision national final will be attending Jean- Marc Morandini’s radio show Le Grand direct des médias on Europe 1 tomorrow between 09:00 and 10.30 CET, where she will be interviewed and 30 second snippets of the 3 French bidding entries will be premiered.

3 candidates will be battling to represent France at the forthcoming Eurovision Song  Contest: Joanna, Twin Twin and Destan. The 3 competing acts will peform their songs at the 2014 French national final on 26 January at Natasha St. Pier’s Les chansons d’abord Show, which will be aired at 16:40 CET on France 3.

Voting will kick off  from  26 January  to 23 February. French viewers will be able to vote for their favourite entry via internet, SMS and telephone.  The name of the winner and 2014 French entry will be announced by Natasha St. Piere on Sunday 2 March during her show  Les chansons d’abord.

France will compete in the grand final of the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest on May 10, which will be aired in France on France 3. The Eurovision Song Contest Semi-final 1 on 6 May will be aired in France on France O whilst Semi- Final 2 will be streamed on france3.fr.
