Javi Soleil, member of the boyband D’NASHthat represented Spain in the 2007 Eurovision Song Contest, decided to go solo releasing his first single Ya no te puedo olvidar 5 months ago. Today it was the official release of his first video clip.
Born in the southern Spanish region of Sevilla, Javi Soleil started his music career in the early 90’s playing one of the leading roles in Grease the Musical. Boyband NASH (then renamed to D’NASH) formed a few years later and went to represent Spain in 2007 Eurovision Song Contest in Helsinki with the song I love you mi vida composed and co-written by Thomas G’Son. D’NASH was and has remained the first and only boyband to represent Spain in Eurovision history.
Despite a mid-table position result, D’NASH released 2 albums after the contest. The band split up short after and we see the former member Javi releasing his first solo single titled Ya no te puedo olvidar (Now I can’t forget you).
