Brainstorm aka Prata Vetra, the 2000 Latvian Eurovision representatives have released a brand new videoclip featuring David Field, Butterly in a bottle.
Latvia debuted at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2000 with Brainstorm and their entry My Star, taking Europe by storm by achieving a 3rd place in Stockholm. Brainstorm’s lead singer Renars Kaupers co hosted the 2003 Eurovision Song Contest in Riga with Marie N (Latvia 2002 ESC winner). In 2005 Renars Kaupers had the honour of co hosting the 5oth Eurovision anniversay special gala Congratulations in Copenhagen, along with Katrina Leskanich (UK1997 Eurovision winner).
Brainstorm is one of Latvia’s most famous acts, enjoying international recognition and fame. The boyband is very popular in Ukraine, Russia, Estonia, Lithuania, UK, Sweden and Eastern Europe.
