Serbia is the only country that managed to win the Eurovision Song Contest with a song performed in another language than English in the last fourteen years after the national language rule was dismissed. It was Marija Serifovic who brought the very first victory of Serbia in the Eurovision Song Contest at their first attempt as an independent country in 2007.

I was born on March 27th 1992 in Bucharest, Romania. When I was 13 years old, I watched the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest accidentally and since then I have been a big fan of this amazing European celebration. I'm working for Esctoday.com since 2006 and I'm very proud to be part of this wonderful team.
