Dima Bilan, winner of the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest, and Yulia Volkova, formerly of t.A.T.u. and third in the 2003 Eurovision Song Contest, get together ealier this year to try to win the Russian ticket for Baku.
The duo was eventually beaten to second place by the Grannies from Buranovo, who went on to be the runners-up themselves on the Eurovision stage. Dima’s and Yulia’s duet was in English at the Russian national final, but they have since released a video of the Russian version of the song, now called Любовь сука (Ljyubov suka). Russia has not yet revealed any plans for their 2013 participation.
