The 2012 Spanish representative Pastora Soler has just finished recording the English version of her Eurovision entry Quédate conmigo (Stay with me). The English version is scheduled to be released in the forthcoming weeks and we already know the first line of the song: “Now skies are crying over me”.

Pastora is currently busy with her tour. She will be travelling to Malaga next month where is she will be giving a concert at the Sohail Castle in Fuengirola on the 14th of July. The Spanish representative has received much coverage and exposure in the Spanish press and media since her return from Baku last month, thus appearing on many television shows on various television channels: Telecinco, Telemadrid, Antena 3 etc. Both her contribution to the Spanish music industry and her Eurovision participation were taken into account when Pastora received the Portado El Portal Award earlier this month.

Pastora Soler represented Spain at the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest with the song Quédate conmigo achieving a 10th placing, thus putting Spain back in the top 10 after 8 years.  The last time Spain was in the Eurovision Song Contest final top 10 was back in 2004 with Ramon’s Para llenarme de ti.
