Bulgarian national broadcaster BNT News has issued an urgent warning to potential attendees of the Eurovision Song Contest 2027. With Burgas confirmed as the host city for the upcoming contest, BNT advises the public to exercise extreme caution regarding fraudulent websites attempting to sell tickets. Official ticket sales are anticipated to commence in January 2027.

Official Ticket Sales to Commence in January 2027

As the excitement builds for the Eurovision Song Contest 2027, set to take place in Burgas, Bulgaria, BNT News is proactively addressing concerns surrounding ticket sales. The broadcaster highlights that official tickets for the highly anticipated event will not be available until January 2027. Fans are strongly encouraged to wait for official announcements regarding the legitimate sales platforms before attempting any purchases.

The 71st edition of the Eurovision Song Contest will see Bulgaria host for the first time, following Dara’s victory in 2026 with her song ‘Bangaranga’. The Grand Final is scheduled for Saturday, 15 May 2027, at the state-of-the-art Arena Burgas, with semi-finals taking place earlier in the week.

Beware of Unauthorised Resellers and Fake Sites

BNT News emphasises that several fraudulent websites have already been identified, deceptively marketing non-existent tickets for Eurovision 2027. These unofficial platforms often exploit the high demand and enthusiasm surrounding the contest, leading unsuspecting fans to purchase invalid or overpriced tickets.

To ensure a safe and legitimate purchase, fans should only acquire tickets through channels officially announced by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and the host broadcaster, BNT. Always verify the authenticity of any ticket vendor and look for official links on trusted Eurovision and BNT websites. Unofficial purchases carry significant risks, including financial loss and denial of entry to the event.
