Travel giant TUI Sweden is making it easier for Eurovision fans to attend the 2027 contest in Burgas, Bulgaria, by introducing direct flights from Stockholm-Arlanda. The company is advancing its summer season launch to accommodate the anticipated demand for the event. This special service will allow fans to experience the entire Eurovision week, from the semi-finals to the Grand Final.
TUI has announced the early launch of its direct route from Stockholm-Arlanda (ARN) to Burgas (BOJ) for the Eurovision Song Contest 2027. An additional flight is scheduled to depart on 10 May 2027, with the return journey taking place one week later. This timing ensures that Swedish fans can enjoy the full spectacle of the competition, including the semi-finals, the Grand Final, and all associated public events.
Dian Martinez Valencia, Communications Manager at TUI, highlighted the significant interest among Swedes for the music competition:
The interest in the music competition is enormous among Swedes, and we know that many fans would love to experience the competition on-site. TUIfly is one of the few airlines offering direct flights from Sweden to Burgas. By bringing forward the premiere of our direct route, we make it easier to be present throughout the entire event week. The festival feeling starts already on board, and travellers can expect a flight out of the ordinary.
Eurovision 2027 in Burgas, Bulgaria
For the first time, Bulgaria will host the Eurovision Song Contest, with Burgas, a vibrant city on the Black Sea coast, set to welcome thousands of international visitors. The event will take place at Arena Burgas, a modern 15,000-seat venue.
The semi-finals are scheduled for Tuesday, 11 May, and Thursday, 13 May 2027, culminating in the Grand Final on Saturday, 15 May 2027. Burgas offers a unique combination of city life and long sandy beaches, with popular resorts like Sunny Beach and Nessebar nearby, allowing visitors to blend the excitement of Eurovision with a relaxing seaside holiday.

The TUI direct flight from Stockholm-Arlanda to Burgas on 10 May 2027, with a return a week later, can be booked as a flight-only option or as part of a flight and hotel package. Transfers and other add-ons are available. Bookings are open via TUI’s website and app. It is important to note that tickets for the Eurovision Song Contest are not included in the travel package and must be purchased separately through official sales channels.
