The rehearsals for the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 in Vienna have now been successfully completed, with artists fine-tuning their performances ahead of the live shows. Yesterday, Sunday, May 10, marked the official start of the show week with the spectacular Opening Ceremony. Participants graced the iconic Turquoise Carpet at Vienna’s Rathausplatz, making their grand entrance and officially kicking off the week of festivities.

With these crucial initial steps complete, all preparations are perfectly in place for the highly anticipated Semi-Finals and Grand Final to commence at the Wiener Stadthalle. The first Semi-Final is scheduled for Tuesday, May 12, followed by the second Semi-Final on Thursday, May 14, culminating in the Grand Final on Saturday, May 16. Vienna is buzzing with excitement, ready to host Europe’s biggest music event!
