Budapest calling! The first 10 acts of A Dal 2019 competed on the stage of the Hungarian national selection tonight. Six of them are through. A Dal continues with Heat 2 on Saturday 26 January.

MTVA delivered. The Hungarian national broadcaster offered a great show to start the A Dal season to select the Hungarian act in Tel Aviv next May.

Ten acts competed in tonight’s Heat 1:

The vote went as follows: the professional jury and the televote selected 5 acts through a combined vote. These are:

1. Szekér Gergő – Madár, repülj! – 41 points
2. Oláh Gergő – Hozzád bújnék – 41 points
3. Antal Tímea feat. Demko Gergő  – Kedves világ! – 39 points
4. Konyha – Százszor visszajátszott – 38 points
5. Nomad – A remény hídjai – 35 points

A sixth act qualified thanks to the highest number of votes for the televote, advancing to the semi finals. It is DENIZ with Ide várnak vissza, which collected a total of 34 points!

A Dal 2019 goes on with the second semi-final next Saturday 26 January. Stay tuned!
