The Queen of Greek dance music aka Eleni Foureira has taken Spain by storm with her Eurovision entry Fuego. The 2018 Cypriot representative has gained much name, fame and recognition in Spain thanks to her magnificent performance at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest in Lisbon. Last Sunday saw the superstar perform Fuego live for the first time in Spain on Movistar Plus’ Channel #0.
Eleni Foureira was invited to perform at Canal #0‘s Fama A Bailar, dance talent show. The runner up of the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest attended the rehearsals on Sunday, where she got a chance to interact with the participants of the talent show and rehearse for her performance with a series of new steps.
Fama a Bailar, is hosted by one of Spain’s most sought after television presenters, Paula Vazquez. Eurovision fans will be familiar with her as she hosted the 2007 Spanish Eurovision national selection Mision Eurovision.

Spain falls in love with Eleni Foureira
Spain has fallen head over heels with the Greek Goddess, her song Fuego has gone viral on all musical digital platforms in the country; Spotify, Itunes etc.
The Athens based singer has been in Madrid on holiday since last week, where she has been enjoying the Spanish capital’s sights and sounds. She speaks a little Spanish and has released the Spanish version of her Eurovision entry.
Spanish media has been devoting much attention and exposure to Eleni ever since she set foot in Lisbon. The 2018 Cypriot hopeful has been baptised as the Mediterranean Beyonce.
Spain gave 12 points to Cyprus at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest during the voting, for which Eleni is very happy and grateful. The singer has truly mesmerised and enchanted her Spanish fans with her charm and magnetism.
On Monday Foureira visited Spain’s biggest music radio station Los 40.

Will return to Spain in the summer
Foureira will be visiting Spain throughout the summer: she will be attending both the Madrid and Barcelona Gay Pride events in July and will also have some special gigs in Ibiza in the summer.
Eleni also plans to go on a special promo tour around Europe in the coming months: London, Madrid, Ibiza, Barcelona, Cyprus, Sweden and Italy. She will be attending several Gay Prides throughout Europe in the coming months.
The Fama a Bailar Performance
Eleni took Spain by storm with an energetic performance of her Eurovision entry Fuego, during Fama a Bailar‘s live show last Sunday. The beautiful singer was accompanied by the dance talent show’s participants on stage, this time there were more than 4 dancers with her on stage!

Eleni Foureira’s ultimate dream to go to Eurovision came true when CyBC selected her via an internal selection to fly the Cypriot flag at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest in Lisbon with the song Fuego. Her magnetic powerful performance in Lisbon won the hearts of millions of viewers across Europe and beyond, placing the 2nd after one of the most exciting voting finales in the contest after Israel’s Netta.
Eleni didn’t win Eurovision but her charm, charisma and talent have conquered fans throughout the globe with her song becoming a massive hit in many countries. The Cypriot hopeful has signed a record deal with Sony Music International. Her Eurovision entry is set to become the song of the summer not only at home in Cyprus and Greece, but in Spain and many other European countries.
