OGAE Poll 2018: Slovakia is ready to present their votes

ESCToday, in collaboration with OGAE International for an 11th year running, will be presenting this year’s results of the 2018 poll, in which 44 clubs will be casting their votes for their favourite entry of the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest. OGAE Slovakia is next to cast their votes.

Voting is currently underway across the OGAE International clubs, each of whom are set to determine their favourite entries of the Lisbon-hosted 2018 Eurovision Song Contest.

With 14 members voting from their club, OGAE Slovakia is ready to unveil their votes in the OGAE Poll 2018.

With the votes now in, this is how OGAE Slovakia voted in the OGAE Poll 2018:

  • 1 point went to Denmark
  • 2 points went to Norway
  • 3 points went to Poland
  • 4 points went to Cyprus
  • 5 points went to Finland
  • 6 points went to Bulgaria
  • 7 points went to Ukraine
  • 8 points went to… Greece
  • 10 points went to… Israel
  • 12 points went to… the Czech Republic!

We are now one quarter of the way through the 2018 OGAE Poll votes. Here’s a top 10 update of this year’s vote so far:

  1. Israel: 128 points
  2. France: 67 points
  3. Finland: 65 points
  4. Czech Republic: 47 points
  5. Australia: 39 points
  6. Greece: 39 points
  7. Cyprus: 33 points
  8. Estonia: 32 points
  9. Denmark: 30 points
  10. Bulgaria: 30 points

The countries which are yet to receive any votes in the 2018 OGAE Poll are the following: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Croatia, Georgia, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovenia, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
