The Swedish broadcaster SVT announced that the closing date for submissions to Melodifestivalen 2002 has been extended one week.
Songs are now being accepted until October 8.
SVT also presented the logo for their national final ! The colors are familiar to us, because the logo fits perfectly together with the logo for the Eurovision Song Contest in Tallinn.
