Koza Mostra at Eurovision

Koza Mostra feat. Agathonas Iakovidis were among the 4 competitors and eventually the winners of Eurosong 2013 – a MAD show, the then newly created Greek national final format. Therefore, they were going to defend the country’s colours at the Eurovision Song Contest 2013, hosted in Malmö, Sweden.

In the contest, they managed to progress to the Grand Final via the second semi-final evening and entertain the European audience with the extraordinary performance of their folk entry Alcohol is free. The Greek hopefuls made a successful Eurovision bid, coming 6th with 152 points. This has been the latest Top 10 placing for Greece in a Eurovision Grand Final.
