Sweden’s 2015 Eurovision winner, Måns Zelmerlöw, is back this autumn with his forthcoming tour. Which cities will the Swedish star visit towards the end of 2017?
From tomorrow evening, Måns Zelmerlöw is set to travel around his home nation of Sweden for his upcoming tour dates, with 2 further concerts taking place in cities across Poland.
From autumn through to the festive season!
As Zelmerlöw’s tour kicks off tomorrow evening, the Swedish singer is all set for his tour which will run right through to mid-December, with most of the star’s tour dates remaining within his home country.

Zelmerlöw at Eurovision
Zelmerlöw represented Sweden at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest following his victory in the country’s national selection, Melodifestivalen.
Competing in the host city of Vienna, Austria with his song Heroes, Zelmerlöw qualified from the second semi-final and went on to win the entire contest, receiving a total of 365 points in the Grand Final.
Following Sweden’s win, Zelmerlöw was selected alongside fellow presenter, Petra Mede, to host the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest at the Globen in the city of Stockholm.
The duo were received highly from fans across the continent, becoming one of the most-loved presenting duos in recent years.
