Ukrainian artist Gaitana, who represented her country at the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest, released the official new music video for her single Sonce v tobi on 29 May.
Sonce v tobi (Сонце в тобі, “The sun is in you”), already a hit in the Ukrainian charts, is a soulful summer tune. The song spreads a message of happiness and love, and features a pregnant Gaitana – radiating the sunshine and warmth she feels as an expectant mother. The singer also debuted as director of her video.

About Gaitana
Gaitana (born Gaita-Lurdes Essami, Kyiv, Ukraine) is an Ukrainian singer-songwriter. She was born to a Ukrainian mother and a Congolese father, in what was then the Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union.
As a small child she lived for several years in the Republic of the Congo, before returning to Ukraine with her mother. Gaitana sings in English, Ukrainian and Russian, while also speaking French and Lingala (Bantu language).
Gaitana represented Ukraine at the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest in Baku, Azerbaijan, with her song Be my guest. Eventually, she reached place 15 in the Grand Final, earning 65 points.
Gaitana was the first Afro-Ukrainian artist to represent Ukraine.
