The first wildcard for the Polish national final for the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest has been chosen. Unknown band Vir and will join the four acts already selected with their song Sunrise.

The national final will be held on 14th February. The following entries are already confirmed:

1. Anna Cyzon – Love me
2. Aneta Figiel – Mysl o tobie
3. Dziewczyny – Cash box
4. PIN – Pin lady
5. Vir- Sunrise
