Lotta Engberg duetting with Alexander

We already reported on many Christmas records published by former Eurovision entrants. Last to date is Lotta Engberg's Jul hos mig, which was released a few days ago on Swedish label Lionheart.

The lady – who represented Sweden in Brussels, back in 1987 – performed a collection of 13 songs, 8 in Swedish and the remaining 5 in English.Lotta sings five of these songs in duet: with Sven Wollter, Christer Sjögren (Melodifestivalen 2008), Nordman (Melodifestivalen 2005 & 2008), Jill Johnson (Eurovision Song Contest 1998) and this year's winner Alexander Rybak.

The song Lotta shares with Mr Fairytale is Baby, it's cold outside, which was penned and first performed in 1944 by American Frank Loesser. It was included 5 years after as title song of the motion picture Neptune's daughter and received a prestigious Oscar as best original song in 1949.
